The CB100R is Pneumatic Scale’s latest addition to its Craft Beverage portfolio, bringing a rotary counter-pressure filling together with rotary Angelus seaming in a compact footprint, and operating at more than 100 Cans Per Minute (CPM). The integrated 12-head filler/3-spindle seamer serves the needs of the Craft Beverage community for products including beer, cider, seltzer, and more at carbonation levels of <4.1 vols).

BW Integrated Systems’ Fortis High-Level Bulk Depalletizer employs a unique method for handling dunnage, bringing the consolidated dunnage down to floor level for easy robotic separation. Hayssen ISB Vertical Form-Fill-Seal Bagger

Featuring a new zipper tape closure, BW Flexible Systems’ Hayssen ISB (Intelligent Sanitary Bagger) provides best-in-class sanitary design, modern industrial machine intelligence and intuitive operation for VFFS packaging. The Hayssen ISB excels in packaging environments that demand sanitary operation, including fresh produce, frozen/IQF, cheese & dairy, poultry & seafood.

The Angelus 6V seamer contains 25% fewer components than traditional Angelus seamers and employs an 80% parts commonality across the V-series family. The metric, base-driven design is built with an excellent pitch match with today’s modern fillers. This series can be used for atmospheric, under cover gassing and liquid Nitrogen dosing applications.

The Pneumatic Scale Net Weigh 30/15 1440 Filler Monoblock is ideal for filling edible oil, condiments, sauces, and dressings as well as soaps, shampoo, and detergents at speeds up to 600 CPM, dependent on filler size and specific application. This filler design follows 3A guidelines and includes an onboard product supply tank with integrated CIP spray balls for automated cleaning of the product supply path.

The Burt control system on the 6.2 labeler has been upgraded to include an HMI with PLC motor controls for easier operator interface to allow communication with other packaging line equipment on the line. There is also an available label inspection/reject system is now available, and the hydraulic system has been replaced with linear actuators for increased precision.
